Sundays in New York are perfect to relish a tasty brunch. We visited Narcissa, located at Standard Hotel, in East Village, and we loved it.

The place is a creation of hotelier André Balazs and the Californian Michelin-starred chef John Fraser, who was awarded the coveted star thanks to his restaurant Dovetail, located in Manhattan Upper West Side.

The menu is varied and it has many healthy options, but we suggest that you try the vegetarian lasagna, the crab Benedict, the egg white omelet, and the French fries as side. And if you want something sweet, the yogurt parfait is really yummy and healthy. Not all the juices are natural, but the Green one, the only one that they prepare at the kitchen, is delicious.

If it is hot, the garden is ideal to enjoy your meal, but don’t forget to book a table to ensure you can taste your brunch surrounded by nature.

The decoration is the typical American one, with some details that reflect the style of the hotel. The music they choose is not suitable for the place, but anyway it is a worth visiting meal spot.
