Food was one of the highlights of the third edition of Lollapalooza Argentina. This year, the festival had two areas with food trucks that offered different yummy menus.
One of the areas was called “Street Food Argentina”. There you could find many types of national specialties divided by sector under the labels: air, fire, earth, and water. Carne, Mario Colagreco’s gourmet burger bar, and the ice cream shop Guilab were some of the food trucks that stood out there.
The other food spot was called “Food Cities”: there you could taste typical international menus from cities such as New York, Berlin, Tokyo, New Delhi or San Francisco. La Mar shellfish bar, owned by the Peruvian chef Anthony Vazquez, the Mexican restaurant María Felix, and Dolli Irigoyen’s risotto bar, were some of the stars of the place.
