Wool has always been a noble material that makes us think of our grandmas. Who didn’t have, as a child, a precious piece of clothing knitted by a loved one?
Camelot, the brand created by the fashion icon Cintia Garrido, makes the most of this culture to help us texturize and complement our looks with wool of the highest quality, using materials such as pure merino wool, Patagonian baby alpaca, handcrafted angora, and pima cotton.
The “no season” concept allows us to play with this kind of materials both in winter and in summer. Nowadays, wool is a “summer must” that includes not only ponchos, which are the hit of the season, but also bikinis, shorts, ruanas, dresses, crop tops and cardigans.
“I became interested in knitting in a natural way because I grew up in a family where wool was always present”, says Cintia. And she adds that knitting is something that she has always done with passion, since she started, knitting for friends and relatives, till she decided to create Camelot.

Each piece of clothing of the brand is carefully thought and developed manually, using sustainable materials, classic knitting stitches such as jersey stitch, purl stitch, and crochet, and a color palette that evokes Argentinian fields and their nature.
Looking ahead, Camelot’s aim is to add value to this product both in the local and in the global market, giving it a modern style in order to satisfy the needs of a market that demands quality, design and identity.
