The year is ending and left us many things that will remain in our memory. For fashion lovers, many of the dresses we saw on red carpet, celebration and parties, were unforgettable.
In Le Banana we chose our 10 favorite dresses from 2016!

Beyonce:
This was a significant year for Beyonce’s career. Her new album Lemonade, according to the critics, was the strongest work of the artist until now and we really believe thas she is imperious. She released his album unexpectedly in April, which featured artist such as Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd, accompanied by a feature film with the same name. In VMA’s she was the most nomined and won the prize Best Album of the Year. That night she attended the ceremony with her daughter Blue Ivy, wearing a fabulous dress by the Italian designer Francesco Scagnamiglio. For that and much in Beyonce is in position number 1!
Kate Moss:
She is always trend and wherever she goes, Kate Moss imposes her style. This year, after a 15-year absence, she attended the red carpet at the Cannes Festival with a vintage overall from Halston, in red, in which she looked very sexy and modern. That’s why we claim it in the number 2 spot!
Kendall Jenner:
In position number 3 corresponds to Kendall Jenner who to celebrate his 21st birthday, chose a dress inspired by the same that used Paris Hilton to celebrate his coming of age. We loved this 90’s revival with Swarovsky stones valued at 9 thousand dollars! Let’s shine baby!
Rihanna:
The VMA’s, was undoubtedly the night of Rihanna looks. To receive the Michael Jackson Video Award and close the ceremony she wore a dress of Alexandre Vauthier oversize, unlike anything we had seen until that time. A contemporary princess dress in which Drake surrendered at his feet! That’s why she is given the number 4!
Tylor Swift:
Tylor is left with number 5 in this dress and Vetements boots. She was the protagonist of the cover of Vogue where she opened her heart and told us all about her intimacy. Photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Tylor Swift, looked spectacular with their look and new hair color! Good for her!
Blake Lively:
Blake is always impeccable in every one of his appearances. This year dazzled in Cannes, in a dress of Vivienne Westwood Couture in celestial color and vaporous flying that sent us to the fairy tales at the premiere Ma Loute, the last work of Juliette Binoche. For its charm and good taste we chose it in the position number 6!
Gigi Hadid:
Gigi attended the AMA’s ceremony with a sexy and romantic Roberto Cavalli dress that we loved! The makeup and the hairstyle were perfect to accompany the dress that did not need much more to be the most beautiful of the night! That’s why we chose her in number 7!
Kim Kardashian West:
Kim always strikes every place that she goes, by its curves, by its declarations or looks. For whatever she is the protagonist. On the night of the VMA’s she attended the white carpet accompanied by her husband Kanye West in a very sexy and modern Galliano vintage dress. While it was criticized for not being up to a ceremony so important, by the way we found it perfect for a pop event. That’s why Kim Kardashian West is number 8!
Lady Gaga:
Dressed by Marc Jacob, Lady Gaga attended the red carpet at the Grammys with a perfect look to homeage glam rock icon David Bowie, the most emotional moment of the night. Gaga took like no one a blue cover inspired by Bowie.
Bella Hadid:
Surely Bella will never forget this year. Since appearing on the red carpet of the Grammy’s with her boyfriend Abel, the flashes never stopped following her. In May she attended the Cannes red carpet wearing an ultra sexy Alexandre Vauthier dress, which left little to the imagination! For risking and playing to be Bella we chose her in the number 10 spot!
