In summer, feet are in the limelight and so they need a special care and attention. In Le Banana we give you some suggestions to keep them healthy, smooth and show them without any complex…

1) Foot Bath: cleaning your feet deeply is key to keep them healthy. To do so, you should do a warm foot bath at least once a week. Our suggestion? Submerge them during half an hour in water with salt, this will immediately relax them.

2) Exfoliation: it is essential for the feet to be always beautiful. The pumice stone is perfect to get rid of roughness. Before using it, it is always better to clean the feet putting them inside warm water with a neutral PH soap. Once they are clean, move the stone with smooth circular movements around our feet. If you do this at least twice a week, you will see immediate changes.

3) Moistening: moisturizing your feet with a cream specially prepared for that purpose is really important to avoid getting them cracked and hard. Our piece of advice? The cream Ureadin podos gel oil of ISDIN is perfect to repair and moisturize dry feet, if you use it every day you will see that your feet get another texture and are smoother.

4) Massage: if you have some time, taking a few minutes to give your feet a massage is perfect to maintain them relaxed. How to do that? If you have aromatic oil, put it smoothly around your feet, if not, a cream is also useful. Once they are hydrated, give the massage with both hands and making circular movements with some pressure on the heels and soles.

5) Other useful recommendations: being barefoot, rotating the ankles, and rolling a ball under the feet are easy exercises that improve the health of your feet and make them nicer day to day.
