Some days ago a new restaurant opened its doors in New York. It’s Pietro Nolita, an Italian healthy food resto located in a cozy subterranean spot that stands out for its all pink 50’s style decor.
Pietro Nolita is a dream like restaurante. Everything, the chairs, the tables, the walls, the signs, the pots for all the plants, and the flowers is pink. And that’s why when you enter you feel as if you were inside a fairy tale.
Its owners, Mina Soliman and Pietro Quaglia chose this color because “it means love, happiness and peace” and, they say, that’s what everybody wants when they eat out.
The most popular dish? The carbonara pasta that can be served with the original organic wines of the house. But you can also try the Mediterranean menus such as fishes, steak with roasted pepper or the farro salad with squash.
And if you want to have breakfast, we suggest the ricotta crostini with figs, honey and Nolita’s latte: so yummy!
