We visited Big Sur, a gourmet burger bar located at a very cozy place in Palermo.
With an industrial décor, wood tables, steel chairs and warm lights the spot offers different options to stop and have a quick lunch.
Our suggestion? The “Mission” hamburger, with lincoln cheese, caper allioli, and sweet onions, accompanied by homemade French fries and water or, if you prefer, a homebrew beer.
And if you want a veggie menu, we suggest that you try the organic chard pakoras with chickpea flour and spicy pepper sauce.
If you are around Palermo, it’s a good option!
