In Le Banana we love chocolate and we think it is a great gift to honor your mate on Valentine’s Day.
One of our favorite chocolate shops is Vasalissa, which was opened in 2006 by Dadi and Federica Marinucci, a mom and daughter who are passionate about good chocolate. That’s why we visited one of their stores and we’ll tell you their best options to celebrate St Valentine’s Day.
The specials for this February 14 are two uniquely prepared chocolate boxes: the red toile d’ jouy box that has fifteen solid chocolate hearts made from milk, bitter and white chocolate; and the St Valentine’s box that includes ten hearts, six red filled with a milk chocolate ganache and four brown filled with dulce de leche.
And if you are thinking of giving your boyfriend a surprise on this date, we suggest that you buy the chocolate Havana cigars filled with hazelnut brittle, or the chocolate champagne bottles.
