As one of the many cosmopolitan cities in the world, Buenos Aires is as particular as mysterious. At Le Banana, we love discovering new spots for brunching, having tea or simply tasting the best coffees in the city. Here is a selection of some of the hypest places in Palermo and Belgrano.

Salvaje Bakery

The New York spirit vibes in this bakery that fuses a rustic and cool aesthetic. Salvaje reminds us of some mythical bakeries of the Big Apple such as Magnolia. Homemade products are its main attraction, where you can find everything a great variety of breads, croissants, cookies and alfajores (with dulce de leche), which makes your coffee a perfect moment.

Gratitude

Thought as a different space to offer a unique experience. Gratitude is one of the first delis aimed at the veggie public combined with the best artisan coffee. You can get objects, edible products and also get inspired by hundreds of the wall messages that come out from meditation and invite us to live a more peaceful and grateful life.

Ninina´s Bakery

A family that extends traditions through flavor. That´s their motto at Ninina, one of Buenos Aires hypest bakery at Palermo. An impeccable aesthetic with off white walls and the best patisserie to get with a coffee makes Ninina an essential stop.

Casa Cavia

In a short period of time this place became a classic. Casa Cavia offers different experiences in the middle of a unique place. One can go to the first floor to visit Ampersand, the publishing house and take incredible copies of their small collections or get a Blumm´s bouquet of wild and native flowers thought by Camila Gassiebayle. Also, you can have tea, cocktails or dine at their magic patio. Their afternoon menu includes French toasts, cakes, pies and pastry.

If you are looking for the best coffee, definitely Lattente is the place.

The first coffee roasters at Belgrano. It has an amazing team of baristas and a great aesthetic, ideal for instagrammers who go out to get brunch and love to register everything on social media. LAB

An authentic high-quality coffee roasting laboratory. LAB not only has its space to brunch but also has its own shop and supplies other stores in Buenos Aires. On their first floor, they run a training center where you can get their expertise and buy their coffee technology.
